Sweet Potato Curls

- 1large Sweet Potato
- 1dash Salt (Optional)
- 1/4cup Oil - Fresh
Instructions
- Use one sweet potato per person to serve. Peel sweet potatoes with potato peeler. Cut away any bruised spots. Continue paring potatoes with peeler into large bowl. Salt lightly (optional).
- Fry in hot oil until lightly browned. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
