- 1/2cup basil leaves
- 2cloves garlic
- 1/3cup toasted walnuts
- 4cups baby spinach
- 1/3cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2-4tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4teaspoon salt
Place basil, garlic, walnuts, spinach, Parmesan, olive oil and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth. Try on corn on the cob, fish, your favorite crusty bread or crackers.
