Simple Lemon Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients for Simple Lemon Yogurt Sauce

1cup plain Greek yogurt
1tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 garlic clove, crushed
1tablespoon lemon juice
1/2teaspoon finely grated lemon rind
1/2teaspoon salt
1.4teaspoons black pepper


  1. Place all ingredients into a small mixing bowl and whisk until thoroughly blended. Serve with Coriander-Spiced Chicken or Lamb Kebabs.
