Ingredients

1 1/2cups unsweetened almond milk
1 small ripe banana
1/2cup pumpkin puree
1teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1scoop protein powder
Ice and maple syrup to taste.

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender. Serve immediately.
