Pizza Soup

32ounces Chicken Broth
1large Onion Chopped
2cans Basil, Garlic and Oreagano Diced Tomatoes
2medium Green Peppers Chopped
2cans Sliced Mushrooms
3gallons Water
4link Italian Sausage Cooked and Sliced
1package Diced pepperoni pieces
1can Green Olives sliced
1can Black olives sliced
2packages Cheese Tortellini
1teaspoon Garlic Salt
1teaspoon Black pepper


Bring broth to a slow boil and add all the vegetables including the tomatoes. Add water and return to a boil. Add sausage, pepperoni and olives. Cook on med heat for 1.5 hrs. Add tortellini during final 10 min. they will puff up and absorb the flavors of all ingredients. A great Winter warmer.
