Oven Baby Back Barbecue Ribs
- 1 rack of baby back ribs
- 2 8ounces cans of beer
- 1/4cup chopped garlic
- Favorite rub
1. Brine ribs if desired—a simple mixture of 75% brown sugar and 25% Kosher salt works great.
2. Set oven at 350-375F.
3. Soak baby back ribs in beer, chopped garlic and your chosen spice rub. Put the rack on a cookie sheet and splash them with any additional beer and chopped garlic. Bake for an hour or until super tender.
6. Remove from oven and brush with a very little barbecue sauce with brown sugar added.
Put them pack in the oven on broil until the surface starts to bubble and brown but not burn.
