Orange-Bacon Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 4cups shredded cooked chicken (about 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked)
- 1cup cooked bacon, crumbled (about 1 lb)
- 1 (11-oz) can no-sugar added drained mandarin oranges
- 1/2cup mayonnaise
- 2tablespoons orange marmalade (heated 5 seconds in the microwave)
- 1cup diced red onion
- 1/2teaspoon salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Place chicken in a large bowl. Stir in bacon, mandarin oranges, mayonnaise, orange marmalade, red onion, salt and pepper. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
