“Nawlins” Seafood-Sausage Stew

3tablespoons olive oil
1/2pound shrimp, peeled & deveined
1small onion, chopped
1/2pound fresh lump or claw crabmeat
1/2pint fresh oysters, drained
1cup smoked sausage, diced
1tablespoon Jambalaya seasoning
3cups spicy spaghetti sauce
1cup water
4cups hot cooked rice



n large skillet heat olive oil over medium high heat.  Add shrimp and onion. Sauté until shrimp just turns pink.  Add remaining ingredients and bring to quick boil stirring often. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.  Remove from heat.  Serve stew over rice.  A Caesar salad goes nicely with the stew too!
