Mozzarella Corn Bake

1cup yellow corn kernels
2-- eggs
1/2cup yellow cornmeal
1/4cup milk
1cup sour cream
1/4cup melted margarine
1cup yellow corn kernels
1-- (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles
8ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
1teaspoon salt


  1. Combine 1 cup corn kernels and eggs in a good processor container.  Process until smooth.  Combine cornmeal, milk, sour cream and margarine in a large bowl and mix well.  Add 1 cup corn kernels, green chiles, cheese and salt and mix well.  Add egg mixture and mix well.
  2. Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole.  Bake at 350F for 45 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.
