- 1cup finely diced roma tomatoes
- .25cup finely diced sweet white onion - like a Walla Walla
- .25cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2tablespoons lime juice
- .50teaspoon hot sauce
- .50teaspoon salt
Add all ingredients to a small serving bowl except salt. Mix to combine and add salt to taste.
