Maple Pumpkin Pie

1 (15-oz) can pumpkin puree
1/2cup granulated sugar
1/2cup packed light brown sugar
1/4cup maple syrup
2 eggs
1cup buttermilk
1/2tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2teaspoon salt
1 1/2teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2teaspoon ground ginger
1/4teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4teaspoon ground cloves
1 (9-inch) chocolate cookie pie crust


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until fully combined, 1 to 2 minutes. Place pie crust on a rimmed baking sheet. Pour filling into crust to within 1/4 inch of rim. Bake 1 hour or until the top is slightly golden and puffed.
