I Can’t Believe This is Vegetarian Chili

  • Yield: 6-8 servings


15 ozcans black beans
15 ozcans pinto beans
15 ozcans great northern beans
15 ozcans creamed corn
1/4cup bbq sauce
1package bbq sauce
16 ozcans V-8 juice
8 ozcans Hunt's tomato sauce with garlic


Combine all ingredients together into a large saucepan, bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes. 

Serve with mexican cornbread.


Variation:  add 4 oz can ofr green chilies, packet of taco seasoning mix instead of chili, and cooked, diced chicken for taco soup.
