Green Goddess Salad Dressing

  • Yield: 2 cups


1cup mayonnaise
1/2cup sour cream
1/2cup chopped parsley
1clove garlic, chopped
3tablespoons chives, chopped
3tablespoons anchovy paste
3tablespoons tarragon vinegar
1tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, garlic, chives, anchovy paste, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Chill overnight.
