Fruit and Nut Smoothie Bowl

Play around with flavor combos and amounts! Try swapping in your favorite frozen fruit and yogurt flavors, nuts and cereals.

Ingredients

Frozen strawberries
Vanilla Greek yogurt
Milk
Maple Syrup
Vanilla extract
Sliced banana
Quartered strawberries
Granola
Blueberries
Sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine your preferred proportions of frozen strawberries, vanilla Greek yogurt, milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Process until smooth and pour into a bowl.
  2. Top with sliced banana, quartered strawberries, granola, blueberries and sliced almonds.
