Easy Weeknight Pork Tacos

2tablespoons olive oil
1/3cup chopped onion
1pound ground pork
1teaspoon chili powder
1/2teaspoon ground cumin
1/2teaspoon dried oregano
1/2teaspoon salt
Juice of 1/2 lime
Your choice of taco toppings


  1. Heat the oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft but not browned, 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Add the ground pork and cook while breaking up the meat with a spatula. Continue to cook until the meat has browned all the way through. Drain off the fat (if desired), then season with chili powder, cumin, oregano, and salt.
  3. Stir in the lime juice and serve warm with the taco toppings of your choice.
