Quick and Easy Guacamole Recipe

2 ripe avocados
1/2 minced jalapeno pepper, seeds and stems removed
1/2 white onion, minced (about 1/2 cup)
1tablespoon chopped cilantro
1tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2teaspoon coarse salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1medium tomato, diced and seeds removed


1. Mash avocado with a fork, leaving some texture. Add remaining ingredients. Mix lightly and pile into a bowl. Serves 8.
