Creamy Artichoke Basil Chicken Salad

1 (12 ounce)can artichoke hearts, drained
4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and chilled
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2teaspoon coarse salt
1/3cup mayonnaise
2tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4cup fresh basil leaves (about 5 leaves)


  1. Process  garlic in food processor until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and process until finely chopped and creamy.
