Cranberry Crush

  • Yield: 12 servings


1small onion, cut into chunks
1 (12-ounce) package fresh cranberries
1/2cup sugar
3/4cup nonfat sour cream
2tablespoons prepared horseradish


  1. Chop onion in a food processor. Toss in  cranberries, sugar, sour cream and horseradish and process until almost pureed.
  2. Put mixture in a freezable container and freeze overnight. All mixture to soften for 3 hours before serving. Leftovers can be refrigerated.
