Taco Turkey Cocktail Meatballs

Tex Mex Taco Meatballs

1pound lean ground turkey
1 egg
1 medium chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2cup shredded Mexican cheese blend (like Kraft)
1packet taco seasoning
1 diced jalapeno
freshly ground black pepper


  1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, egg, onion, garlic, cheese, taco seasoning jalapeno and freshly ground black pepper. Form into 36 (1 1/2-inch wide) meatballs.
  2. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake 20 minutes at 350°F.
  3. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
