1box spice cake mix (16 1/2 oz)
3 eggs
1/3cup vegetable oil
1cup cinnamon-flavored coffee creamer (like Coffee-mate Cinnamon Vanilla Crème)
1can (16 oz) cream cheese frosting
1/4cup crushed cinnamon graham crackers


1. Prepare cupcakes according to package directions, replacing water with coffee creamer.

2. Frost cooled cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
