Chocolate Honey-Nut Pie

4 eggs
3/4cup honey
1/2cup melted butter
2teaspoons vanilla extract
1tablespoon brewed coffee
3/4cup granulated sugar
1/4cup brown sugar
1tablespoon flour
1cup chopped pecans
1/2cup semisweet chocolate mini-morsels
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix together eggs, honey, butter, vanilla extract and coffee. Stir in both sugars, flour, pecans and chocolate mini-morsels.
  3. Pour into pie shell. Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
  4. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
