Chocolate Flourless Cake

  • Yield: 10 servings


1cup (2 sticks) butter
1/2cup milk
1/2cup sugar
8ounces chocolate, chopped
4-- eggs, beaten


  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan.  Add the milk and sugar and mix well.  Heat to a simmer.  Add the chocolate and stir until melted and blended.  Remove from the heat and whisk in the eggs gradually.  Cool to room temperature.  Spoon into greased nonstick muffin cups.
  2. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until the cake test done.  Cool in the muffin cups for 5 minutes.  Loosen with a knife and remove.  Frost or garnish as desired and serve warm or cooled.
