Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cake

1/2cup margarine or butter
1/2cup oil
1 3/4cups sugar
2whole eggs
1teaspoon vanilla
1/2cup milk
1teaspoon vinegar
2 1/2cups flour
1/2teaspoon baking powder
4tablespoons cocoa or carob powder
2teaspoons baking soda
2 1/2cups grated zucchini
12ounces Chocolate chips or carob chips (sweetened)
1cup chopped walnuts


Cream margarine, oil, and sugar.  Add eggs, vanilla, and milk with vinegar.  Stir in dry ingredients.  Add zucchini and 1/2 of the chips and the nuts.  Pour into greased and floured 9×13 pan or bundt pan.  Sprinkle remaining chips on top of cake.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
