Chicken Salad with Ham, Spinach and Parmesan

4cups shredded cooked chicken (about 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked)
1/2cup chopped deli ham (about 4 oz)
2cups chopped baby spinach (about 2 oz)
1/2cup mayonnaise
1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese
2tablespoons lemon juice
1/2teaspoon salt
1/2teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


Place chicken in a large bowl. Stir in ham, spinach, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
