Chicken Breast Saute With New Potatoes

5large chicken breasts
1/4cup red wine
1/2cup butter or margarine
1-- sliced onion
1clove clove garlic minced
2tablespoons flour
1/2teaspoon salt
1/4teaspoon pepper
1-- chicken bouillon cube
1/4teaspoon pepper
1can small can white potatoes, drained
1cup hot water
-- snipped parsley


  1. In hot butter in large skillet, saute chicken breast on both sides until brown. Add onion and garlic. Cook about 5 minutes. In small bowl combine flour, salt, pepper.  Slowly stir in bouillon cube dissolved in hot water; pour over browned chicken. Cook slowly, covered, about 25 minutes or until chicken is tender. Add potatoes and wine; heat. Garnish with parsley
