Great for BBQ's and picnics. Makes a lot if you use the whole cauliflower and very easy on your waistline.
- 5 cauliflower florets
- 1/2cup mayonnaise
- black olives
- garlic cloves
- green onions
- Slice cauliflower, garlic and black olives. Chop green onions.
- Mix all together with 1/4- 1/2 cup of Mayo. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
