Cauliflower Salad

  • Yield: 3-4 quarts depends on size of cauliflower servings
  • Prep: 1/2 hr if you slice all ingrediants.
  • Cook: none

Great for BBQ's and picnics. Makes a lot if you use the whole cauliflower and very easy on your waistline.


5 cauliflower florets
1/2cup mayonnaise
black olives
garlic cloves
green onions


  1. Slice cauliflower, garlic and black olives. Chop green onions.
  2. Mix all together with 1/4- 1/2 cup of Mayo. Season to taste with salt  and pepper.
