Buffalo Burgers

1pound ground buffalo
1/2teaspoon pepper
1teaspoon worcestershire sauce
4teaspoons ketchup
1teaspoon salt
1teaspoon mustard
2teaspoons horseradish


  1. Mix the pepper, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, mustard and horseradish into the ground buffalo meat. Mix thoroughly so that all seasoning is evenly distributed.
  2. Gently form the meat mixture into patties.
  3. Grill until internal temperature reaches 155°. Serve like a regular hamburger.
