Broccoli Cheese Stuffed Potatoes

2large Russet potatoes
2/3cup Alouette cheese
1 1/2cups broccoli or cauliflower florets, microwaved for 2 minutes


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Bake potatoes until tender. Cut each potato into halves. Remove pulp. Combine pulp with cheese and broccoli. Pile into potato skins. Bake 10 more minutes or until hot.
