Reduced-Fat Broccoli Casserole

2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1large egg
2large egg whites, slightly beaten
3tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 (12-ounce) carton low-fat cottage cheese
6ounces light pasteurized processed cheese spread, cut in pieces


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine broccoli, egg, egg whites, flour, cottage cheese and cheese spread.
  3. Transfer to a large baking dish coated with nonstick spray. Bake for 1 hour, until bubbly.
