Easy Brie and Jam Pastry Bites

15 mini phyllo shells, thawed
8ounces round Brie cheese
1/4cup peach-mango preserves


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place phyllo shells on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Remove rind from a Brie cheese round and discard. Cut cheese into 1-inch pieces. Place 1 piece of cheese in each shell. Top with about ¾ tsp peach-mango preserves.
  4. Bake 7 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Top with a piece of torn basil. Serve hot.
