Layered Berry Smoothies

Ingredients

12ounces blueberries
3tablespoons honey, divided
6tablespoons almond milk or regular milk, divided
1 1/2cups vanilla Greek yogurt
10ounces strawberries

Instructions

  1. Place blueberries, 2 Tbsp honey and 4 Tbsp milk in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses. Freeze until hard, about 1 hour.
  2. Spoon yogurt on top of the frozen blueberry layer. Smooth tops. Freeze until solid, about 1 hour.
  3. Place strawberries, 1 Tbsp honey and 2 Tbsp milk in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour on top of yogurt layer. Freeze until hard, about 1 hour. To serve, remove from freezer and let soften about 15 minutes.
