Beauty in Naan

2-- johnsonville new orleans spicy smoked sausage links
1tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2-- roasted red pepper julienned
2slices mozzarella cheese
2slices pepper jack cheese
1teaspoon lemon garlic soup mix
1/2cup chicken broth
1-- naan flatbread
1/4-- strips of red onion sliced thin
1pinch salt, pepper, cumin, garlic powder, tony's seasoning to taste






Slice both links of sausage in half. Place in stove top grill on medium heat to cook. Add salt, pepper, cumin, garlic powder and tony's seasoning to the meat while it was cooking. 
NOTE: placed cast iron fry pan on top of sausage to keep from curling up.




add to 1/2 cup of chicken broth the 1 teaspoon of soup mix and red wine vinegar. Mix well. Add this to sausage in grill. Add red onions and roasted red pepper and cook till liquid is reduced down to about 1 tablespoon




Lightly brush one side of flatbread with EVOO. The side that will be touching the grill.




on half of bread place a slice of mozarella, top with sausage, pepper, onion and liquid. Place 2 slices pepper jack cheese on top of this and fold flatbread in half. Place back in grill and cook till crispy, flip and cook other side till crispy. Once sammie is plated open and spread a little chipotle sammie spread and serve.
