Banana Caramel Nice Cream

  • Yield: 4 to 6 servings


3 frozen ripe bananas
1/4cup milk (regular, almond, or coconut, etc.)
1/3cup caramel
1/4teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 pinch salt


  1. In a blender or food processor add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into a 9×5 inch baking pan and freeze until frozen (about 1 hour).
  3. Remove from freezer and scoop. Add toppings if desired.
