Baked Chicken Thighs with French Mustard

- Cook: 45 minutes
- 4 chicken thighs
- 3/4cup light cream
- 1/4cup French mustard
- 4ounces grated Swiss cheese
- 8sprigs thyme
- Preheat the oven to 325°F/170°C. Halve the chicken thighs and arrange them in a single layer in a baking dish. Mix the cream, mustard, and cheese and pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Pick the leaves off the thyme and scatter them over the chicken. Enjoy.
