- 3 fresh chives minced
- 1 tbsp mint leaves finely chopped fresh
- 1 shallots minced
- 1.5 tbsp white balsamic or champagne vinegar
- 1 clove large garlic clove minced
- 0.75 tsp black pepper, or to taste freshly ground
- 0.66 cup unsweetened green tea or jasmine green tea (made with 1 tea bag) chilled
