- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
