Bar Drake Manhattan
A classic cocktail remade for spring.
- 2.25 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Tawny Port Red Wine
- .5 oz Maple Syrup
- .25 oz Angostura Bitters
- 3 Brandied Cherries (optional)
- Pour all ingredients over ice into a mixing glass. Stir the drink and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with brandied cherries.
