Spinach-Walnut Pesto
An aromatic garnish with a hint of nuttiness, perfect for dressing grilled corn or your favorite vegetables.
Ingredients (7)
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 2 clove garlic
- 1/3 cup toasted walnuts
- 4 cup baby spinach
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2-4 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Place basil, garlic, walnuts, spinach, Parmesan, olive oil and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth. Try on corn on the cob, fish, your favorite crusty bread or crackers.
