  • ½ cup Fresh Basil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • ⅓ cup Walnuts
  • 4 cup Baby Spinach
  • ⅓ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ tsp Salt


  1. Place basil, garlic, walnuts, spinach, Parmesan, olive oil and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth. Try on corn on the cob, fish, your favorite crusty bread or crackers.
