White Bean Crostini
Blended white beans, garlic, and olive oil are spread over slices of crusty bread for a flavorful appetizer.
- 15 oz Canned Cannellini Beans
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 tsp Salt
- 10 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 lb French Bread Loaf
- or 1 lb Italian Bread Loaf
- Combine beans, garlic and salt in a blender or food processor. Slowly add olive oil and blend until smooth. Add white pepper. Spread on slices of bread.
