White Bean Crostini

Blended white beans, garlic, and olive oil are spread over slices of crusty bread for a flavorful appetizer.

Ingredients (6)

  • 15 oz Canned Cannellini Beans
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 10 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 lb French Bread Loaf
  • or 1 lb Italian Bread Loaf


  1. Combine beans, garlic and salt in a blender or food processor. Slowly add olive oil and blend until smooth. Add white pepper. Spread on slices of bread.
