Simple Sautéed Greens

Ingredients (5)

  • 1 1/2 pound fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Add spinach, in batches, turning with tongs until wilted. Sprinkle with salt. Add broth and stir to incorporate. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 to 8 minutes, until all of the liquid has evaporated.
