Ingredients (13)

  • 12 oz Cavatappi Pasta
  • or 12 oz Penne Pasta
  • or 12 oz Ziti Pasta
  • ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ cup Sliced Basil
  • ¾ cup Shaved Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
  • or ¾ cup Grated Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
  • 15 oz Canned Cannellini Beans
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 cup Cubed Fresh Mozzarella
  • or 1 cup Miniature Mozzarella Balls

  1. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain but do not rinse. Add remaining ingredients. Stir gently.
