
Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce
This spicy sauce is perfect for grilled tofu, grilled or raw vegetables, and cooked noodles or rice.
Ingredients (9)
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- 1 T Minced Fresh Ginger
- 1 T Dark Sesame Oil
- ¼ cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Unseasoned Rice Vinegar
- 2 T Brown Sugar
- or 2 T Palm Sugar
- 2 tsp Red Chili Paste
- or 2 tsp Sriracha
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Add more water if a thinner consistency is desired.
