  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • ¾ cup Cilantro Leaves
  • ½ cup Parsley Leaves, Fresh
  • ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ⅓ cup Parmigiano Reggiano, Grated
  • ¼ cup Walnuts, Chopped
  • 1 T Lemon Juice, Fresh
  • ½ tsp Kosher Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper, Freshly Ground
  • 12 oz Linguine Pasta

  1. Place garlic in a food processor, pulse to chop. Add cilantro, parsley, oil, cheese, walnuts, lemon juice, salt and pepper; process until a paste forms. Toss with warm pasta.
