Ingredients (14)

  • 2½ cup Cooked Basmati Rice
  • or 2½ cup Cooked White Rice
  • 16 oz Canned Garbanzo Beans
  • 3 Roasted Red Bell Pepper
  • or 3 Yellow Bell Peppers
  • ½ cup Chopped Basil
  • ½ cup Chopped Red Onion
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 8 oz Tuna Steaks
  • 2 cup Chopped Baby Spinach
