Spinach-Feta Dip

Lightened but still flavorful, this classic spinach dip includes feta cheese.

Ingredients (9)

  • ¾ cup Fat Free Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 10 oz Chopped Spinach, Frozen
  • 2 Green Onions
  • 2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • or 2 tsp Lemon Juice, Bottled
  • ¼ tsp Kosher Salt
  • ¼ tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • ⅓ cup Crumbled Feta Cheese

Directions

  1. Place sour cream and cottage cheese in bowl of a food processor; process until smooth. Add spinach, green onions, lemon juice, salt and pepper; process to combine.
  2. Add feta and pulse just until combined. Transfer to bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
