Honey Nut Bourbon Chocolate Pie
A sweet pie with pecans, chocolate morsels, honey and a splash of bourbon.

4 Eggs

¾ cup Honey

½ cup Butter

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 T Bourbon

¾ cup Sugar

¼ cup Brown Sugar

1 T All Purpose Flour

1 cup Chopped Pecans

½ cup Mini Semisweet Chocolate Chips

1 Pie Crust Shell
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Combine eggs, honey, butter, vanilla and bourbon. Stir in sugars, flour, pecan and mini-morsels. Pour into pie shell.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
