- Meat mixture:
- 1/4 c sesame oil
- 1.3 pounds organic ground beef
- 1/8 cup coconut aminos or soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp rice wine or mirin
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic OR 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp ginger paste or 1 tsp ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Apricot Sweet Chili Sauce:
- 1/4 c apricot preserves
- 3 tbsp Korean Gochujang Chilli Paste
- 1/4 c coconut aminos or soy sauce
- 1/8 c rice vinegar
- Suggested Toppings:
- Shredded carrot
- 3-4 cup cooked brown or white rice
- 1 cup enoki mushrooms
- 1/8 cup coconut aminos or soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- Sliced cucumber tossed in 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
- Kimchi
- Sesame seeds
- Scallions to garnish
