Sweet Potato Pot Pie

• (Make sure you read through the ingredients because some items need to be prepared before beginning to make the filling):
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 chicken
• 1/4 cup sweet pepper
• 2 shallots
• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/3 cup wine
• 1 1/2 cups peas
• 1 1/2 cups carrots
• 2 potatoes
• (I used canned sweet potatoes because I had forgotten to buy them. I will for sure buy fresh next time):
• 1 pound all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 2 sticks butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 2 cups sweet potato puree
• 1 egg
