• 1/2 Bag Large marshmallows
• 1 1/2 bags mini Reese's Peanut butter cups

• 2 1/2 Cups powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons unsalted
• 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
• up to 1 tablespoon heavy cream if too thick
