- 20 oz. Orecchiette Pasta
- 1 1/2 Cups Ham *see note Cubed
- 2 Cups Swiss Cheese Cubed
- 1 1/2 Pints Cherry Tomatoes Halved
- 1 Cup Dill Pickles Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Onion Red, Thinly Sliced
- 3 Cups Romaine Lettuce Chopped, Packed
- 1/4-1/3 Cup Cilantro Chopped
- For the Dressing:
- 1 1/3 Cup Canola oil
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Zest of 2 Oranges
- Juice of 2 Oranges
- Zest of 2 Limes
- Juice of 2 Limes
- 2 Teaspoons Oregano Dried
- 1 Teaspoons Cumin Ground
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar plus 1 Teaspoon
